What if I need warranty work while travelling?

The NAPA Peace of Mind Warranty is honoured at over 19,000 NAPA AUTOPRO locations across North America. If you break down on a road trip, find the nearest NAPA location and they'll handle warranty repairs. No need to come back to us first.

What if I have a problem with a covered repair?

Bring it back to us first — call (403) 887-0440 and we'll make it right. If you're on the road or more than 40 km away, call NAPA directly at 1-866-GET-NAPA (1-866-438-6272) and they'll point you to the nearest participating shop.

Does servicing at an independent shop void my factory warranty?

No. In Canada, you have the right to service your vehicle at any licensed repair facility without affecting your factory warranty. The manufacturer cannot require you to use a dealership for routine maintenance. We use OEM-equivalent or better parts and document all work performed.
